Pacific Palisades BID

The Pacific Palisades BID is a non-profit organization dedicated to making our Business Improvement District community a clean, friendly place to work, shop and do business, by providing cleaning and marketing activities.  

The 9 members of our Board of Directors represent property owners, their representatives, and two appointed members of community organizations. We also have an Executive Director.   We work with law enforcement, city representatives and other community associations to achieve our goals. 

The mandate of Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) is to improve and convey special benefits to the commercial properties located within the Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) area. The District provides improvements and activities, including clean/beautiful, communication/marketing, and management. Each of the programs are designed to meet the goals and mission of the District; to increase building occupancy and to encourage new business development. 

The BID formally began January 1, 2016.
