The Pacific Palisades BID is a non-profit organization dedicated to making our Business Improvement District community a clean, friendly place to work, shop and do business, by providing cleaning and marketing activities.
The 9 members of our Board of Directors represent property owners, their representatives, and two appointed members of community organizations. We also have an Executive Director. We work with law enforcement, city representatives and other community associations to achieve our goals.
The mandate of Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) is to improve and convey special benefits to the commercial properties located within the Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) area. The District provides improvements and activities, including clean/beautiful, communication/marketing, and management. Each of the programs are designed to meet the goals and mission of the District; to increase building occupancy and to encourage new business development.
The BID formally began January 1, 2016.
NEW BOARD MEETING ADDRESS
We are pleased to announce that our new meeting space will be at the Methodist Church, at 801 Via De La Paz – Lounge Room.
Many thanks to the church for allowing us to hold our monthly, Wednesday, 8:30 monthly meetings there. Please make note of the NEW ADDRESS and the upcoming dates of our board meetings for 2017 and 2018. THERE WILL NOT BE A MEETING IN JANUARY, 2017 OR IN JULY 0F 2018. Our agendas will now be posted 72 hours prior to the meeting, at the Chamber of Commerce office at 15330 Antioch Street.
