The Pacific Palisades BID is a non-profit organization dedicated to making our Business Improvement District community a clean, friendly place to work, shop and do business, by providing cleaning and marketing activities.

The 9 members of our Board of Directors represent property owners, their representatives, and two appointed members of community organizations. We also have an Executive Director.   We work with law enforcement, city representatives and other community associations to achieve our goals.

The mandate of Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) is to improve and convey special benefits to the commercial properties located within the Pacific Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) area. The District provides improvements and activities, including clean/beautiful, communication/marketing, and management. Each of the programs are designed to meet the goals and mission of the District; to increase building occupancy and to encourage new business development.

The BID formally began January 1, 2016.

NOTE NEW Location: Methodist Church, 801 Via De La Paz, OFFICE

WEDNESDAY, June 7, 2017 8:30 AM
PLEASE BRING YOUR COPY SO WE DO NOT INCUR ADDITIONAL PRINTING COSTS. IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP THIS MEETING WITHIN OUR 1 1/2 HOUR TIMELINE, PLEASE KEEP ALL REPORTS TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO MINUTES. THANK YOU!

PLEASE NOTE PARKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR HOSTS:
The Methodist Church parking lot is behind the building down a side roadway just adjacent to the church. Lynn alerted the attendant, Jose, that there will be BID people parking there. Since this is the time parents drop off preschool kids it can be busy. The church gets Palisades Elementary parents trying to park there but they are not allowed so the place can get a bit hectic but if any of our people tell Jose they are there for the BID meeting it will be fine. We will be meeting in our office since the Lounge Area is being used by another group. It's the first door to the left in the administrative wing of the church grounds. We will have coffee available!
